Nikon D90 12.3MP DX-Format CMOS Digital SLR Camera

At the time I purchased this camera, it was the best choice among lens cameras considering value and quality versus the price. I have used it for a few years now and it is still reliable like the first day I got it. I love the quality of the pictures and you can make also pretty decent videos. There is not much more you can get if you buy newer, similar cameras, maybe except Wifi connection.

It is easy to learn how to use D-90 and before you know it, you will have professional looking pictures. I never took a photography class and I just learned by myself. The camera has solid and well-balanced ergonomics. I love the continuous shooting to capture more frames per second when something or someone is moving. It is quite heavy compared to small cameras but the quality of SLR is worth the extra weight.

Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-105mm

It is my main lens and  I use it most of the time. It provides good zoom and makes very good pictures. Its wide scale shots are great for city exploration, animals or mountain, and nature shots. It is good enough for the details if you want to get bit closer. It is a great all in all camera lens if you prefer to have only one for the start.

Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-200MM

I got this lens as a generous gift from my boyfriend. I didn’t have enough detail in far away shots when I was taking pictures of the animals in nature. With this lens and its sharp zoom, you can take nice pictures from far away, without scaring the animals. It also creates stunning portraits. I use it less than the main one but is a quite light weight for a bigger lens, so I can carry it with me. Remember it is not a pro lens, but for the price, it is a very good choice.

Tiffen 67mm Circular Polarizer

It is great for the color adjustment outdoors! It is amazing how the polarizer enhances the blue in the sky into deep colors. It eliminates glare, reflections and also protects your lens. I accidentally dropped my bag once and this polarizer saved the lens! They are quite cheap, so I just got a new one. It darkens the images it the poor light situations so don’t forget to take it off before shooting in such conditions.

GoPro HERO3+: Silver Edition

Perfect for documenting your trip with video logs. As a sports enthusiast, I love to document the adventure like kayaking, rafting, diving or just biking. It is easy to use and the battery seems to be quite long lasting. Even if you are not sports enthusiast it is great for documenting your trip with friends or during family events. If you want to treat yourself you can get the newest 6th version.

SanDisk Extreme 64GB microSDXC UHS-I Card

It is one of the best cards out there. It is a necessity with your camera or GoPro videos on your trip. I love to go for the big resolution in pictures so need to rely that I have enough space on the memory card. Imagine the stress when you see something great and you have to delete content from your card instead of taking pictures…
